Additionally, I specialise in English as an Additional Language (EAL) support for both children and adults. I work with students aged 6-18+ in-person and online, as well as adults learning English as an Additional Language. My approach is tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring that every learner receives the support they require to succeed.

Do you offer in-person tutoring?

Yes, I offer in-person tutoring sessions in Ellesmere Port. I also provide online tutoring to accommodate students who prefer or require remote learning options.

What is your experience in teaching?

With over four years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), children with no prior English language skills, and young refugees adapting to new environments. My journey as a teacher has been as diverse as my students, encompassing roles as a PE teacher, EAL coordinator, and teaching assistant.

What materials do you use in your sessions?

I utilize a variety of resources tailored to each student's needs, including textbooks, worksheets, interactive activities, and digital tools. My goal is to make learning engaging and effective, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed.

How do you support students with SEND?

I am committed to providing personalized support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. My approach is patient, creative, and tailored to each student's unique needs, ensuring that they receive the support required to thrive academically.

Do you offer group sessions?

Currently, I offer one-on-one tutoring sessions to provide personalized attention and support. However, I am open to discussing group sessions if there is sufficient interest.
